Donated blood is a lifeline in an emergency and for people who need long term treatment.Adequate and safe blood transfusion is still a challenge in a developing countries like ours.There is a precarious need to put efforts to recruit donors in groups less willing to donate and simultaneously reinforce the positive behaviour of willing groups converting previous donors into regular practice.
